Roger Brugess

Founder and Retired AACI, leverages over 35 years of unparalleled expertise in the real estate industry. Pioneering Brugess Appraisal Services in January 1992, he specialized in delivering comprehensive appraisals encompassing residential, commercial, industrial, investment, and niche properties. Roger is well respected in the industry but currently spends most of his time on the golf course “shooting his age”.

Gary Nickerson

A seasoned Valuation Consultant with over five decades in the industry, retired as a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. His extensive expertise spans diverse property valuations for national and international clients, including significant projects like the University Centre in Toronto in1989, Olympic Village in Montreal in 1999 and Vaughan Mills Regional Mall, with valuations reaching up to $250 million (Canadian) per project. Gary is known by many of his clients as “Superman” for his ability to turn projects around quickly, accurately and with ease.

Gabe Crowder

AACI and broker of record at Nicro Realty, enjoys a rich real estate career, currently serving as President at Brugess Appraisal Services and Founder of Nicro Realty Corp. Gabe brings a distinctive blend of commercial real estate proficiency to his role, merging valuation expertise with a wealth of brokerage and construction experience to provide his clients with advisory services that goes beyond standard number crunching exercises. Gabe has completed appraisal, brokerage and/or management duties for all asset classes from coast to coast and spends his spare time coaching youth hockey.
